PRIVACY POLICY

Your data. Your control.

Effective date: October 19, 2026

S.F.M. Worldwide Creative Works respects the privacy of visitors and users of its creative technology. This policy covers this public website and SFM Reel Publishing, the internal publishing system that can connect to Google and YouTube services.

GOOGLE AND YOUTUBE DATA

SFM Reel Publishing uses Google OAuth authorization to connect to YouTube accounts that the user explicitly authorizes. The application requests the YouTube video upload scope so that it can upload video content to the authorized YouTube channel. The application does not request broader access to a user's Google account for this purpose.

Authorization credentials and refresh tokens are used only to maintain the authorized publishing connection and to perform requested YouTube upload operations.

GOOGLE DATA ACCESS AND USE

SFM Reel Publishing requests only the YouTube video upload permission. Google OAuth provides authorization credentials and tokens that permit uploads to the YouTube channel selected by the user. The application submits user-selected video files and publishing metadata, including titles, descriptions, tags, visibility, audience settings and scheduling information. Google may return upload results including YouTube video identifiers, which the application uses to record publishing history.

HOW GOOGLE USER DATA IS USED

Google user data accessed by SFM Reel Publishing is used only to provide the authorized YouTube publishing functionality. S.F.M. does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or transfer it for unrelated purposes.

Google user data is not shared with third parties except when required to provide the requested functionality, comply with applicable law, protect rights or security, or when the user explicitly directs or consents to the sharing.

DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY

Authorization credentials needed for continued publishing are stored by the S.F.M. publishing system and are not intentionally exposed through this public website. S.F.M. uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect authorization data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction.

GOOGLE DATA RETENTION AND DELETION

Google OAuth credentials and local publishing history are retained on the application computer until deleted. Users may request deletion of Google authorization data and associated locally stored publishing records by contacting sfmadministration@gmail.com. Revoking Google authorization prevents further authorized access but does not automatically delete previously stored local records. Deletion requests are handled subject to applicable legal and security requirements.

USER CONTROL AND REVOCATION

Users can revoke S.F.M.'s access to their Google account through the security or third-party connection settings in their Google Account. Revocation prevents the publishing system from continuing to use that authorization.

TIKTOK ACCOUNT AUTHORIZATION AND DATA

SFM Reel Publishing is developing an integration with TikTok using TikTok Login Kit and the Content Posting API. When a user explicitly authorizes a TikTok account, the application may request user.info.basic to identify the connected account, video.upload to transfer user-authorized video content to TikTok for the user to finish publishing within TikTok. Availability of these functions depends on TikTok permissions, testing and applicable approvals.

TikTok account information and authorization tokens are used to establish and maintain the authorized connection and support user-directed video publishing functions. S.F.M. does not sell TikTok account data or use it for unrelated advertising. Video content and necessary publishing information may be transmitted to TikTok when the authorized user requests an applicable upload or publishing operation.

Authorization credentials and tokens are stored using security safeguards intended to prevent unauthorized access. Users may revoke S.F.M. access through available TikTok account settings. Users may also contact sfmadministration@gmail.com to request information about, or deletion of, TikTok account information and authorization data held by S.F.M., subject to applicable legal and security requirements.

PUBLIC WEBSITE DATA

The current S.F.M. Worldwide Creative Works website does not require visitors to create an account or submit a web contact form. The current site does not intentionally use advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts. Standard technical information may be processed by the web hosting, network and security providers necessary to deliver and protect the site.

If a visitor chooses to contact S.F.M. by email, the information in that message is used to respond to the correspondence.

GOOGLE API SERVICES

S.F.M.'s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
